Srly Stop it! by MrsEmmyJ Srly Stop it! by MrsEmmyJ

I am really sick of the girls and boys telling me this :I

"Uhhh, I was born this way...." Honestly, WHO CARES?
I have nothing against this song and quote but if people tell me this all the time and try to excuse themselves through it ...No. It isn't funny or mature. So, I created a stamp to show my opinion. And added a dull awesome-face.

Feel free to use if you're sick of it too...

err, no. just no. sometimes saying it is actually true so no. thats just offencive to 1. me and some people who have ADHD, ADD or over disorder problemes..... and 2. most girls (like me) because most of us girls don't do that.... only bitchy girls (whothinktheyareinaamaricaineserei/movie) would do that -_-; so please just no >:C

( PS : don't take this offensivly )

I'm not offended, don't worry. But neither I created this stamp to offend people with inherent mental disorders, since I'm one of those people myself. Actually, this stamp goes against persons, who think it's okay to excuse their inappropriated behaviour by simply quoting this message, with no will whatsoever to change it. I see your point, but that wasn't my intention. And that doesn't only involve girls but boys the same way. (Being said, the description is quite old. I have to change it, sometime ...)

Well depends on how they use it. If it's like a disorder or something that they absolutely cannot change about themselves that they have gotten at birth, then YEAH go ahead and say it because it's true. But if it's like some stupid behavior/habit that they have PICKED UP FROM SOMEWHERE, then no it doesn't make any sense.

Yes, I see your point. People can't control their destinies. This is also not supposed to be an insult, oh my Gosh, no. XD I'm sorry if that sounded so. The stamp more refers to that "completely rad" teenage girls, who think it's right to excuse their inappropriate behaviour with this stupid quote, just because Lady Gaga told them so.

I was born this way, but I do not believe that ''there is no other way'' , i can change the way if i want :)
By the way, if you are ''born this way'' , that doesn't mean that You are born to hurt other people feelings or offend them , and then say '' I WAS BORN THIS WAY, BABY'' -_-
But I'm ok with those who says that :)

But .. I was born this way o-o .. Damnit, my mom beating me sure as hell didn't have anything to do with my aversion to being touched or fear of loud noises, right?! Right?!

So you're talking about behavior and that's all?

I wish people would quit perverting the intended meaning of this

Its Gets Annoying When They Use It With Every Little Thing
GardevoirtheShroob Featured By Owner Aug 7, 2012  Student Digital Artist
I'm not like this :D I'll always try to act nice and if somebody asks me to stop I'd stop immediately. I won't use that shitty excuse and I just stop, make my amends and try to be nice :D But yeah, it's really annoying.
Kelsey-Kat Featured By Owner Aug 7, 2012
I don't think it should ever be used, rather you should say, "Its a part of me that I can't change," because that's usually what people mena by it.
ratdust Featured By Owner Aug 7, 2012  Hobbyist
It's shitty when people who intentionally act annoying use it as an excuse.

When my parents ask why I do something, I say that I either wasn't thinking, it was an accident, or I'm sorry. That's 'bout it.

Depends, what're they using it as an excuse for?

For example in a lot of situations in school. They grab my pen, I say give it back, what's wrong with you?, they use it, give it back to me and giggle: Sorry, we where born this way *gg**gg*. In cafeteria, they're loud, irreverent and shout stupid things, I say can you be more quiet plz, what's wrong with you?, look at me with that bitchy look : Sorry hun, we where born this way! and continue doing it....FOR GOD'S SAKE! :icongoodrageplz: I am just so tired of this. Maybe I am a little bit sensible or my school is the only one with this problem...I don't know....

This is just one example of why I have virtually zero faith in my generation.:iconrenamonfacepalmplz:
